Super sarap na cansi at Bacolod City. A must visit when you go to Bacolod. This is a non-airconditioned place and limited parking space but so far we were to have parking space when we visit.

No trip to Bacolod is complete without trying cansi, and Eron's version is delicious! The small size (₱440) is perfect for sharing (2-3 people). I hope they'll offer a solo serving size in the future. It's a plus that they're open until 9 pm, unlike most restaurants. Highly recommended!

A must stop for all soup lovers like myself! This carinderia specializes in cansi — Bacolod’s signature beef shank soup flavored with tangy batwan fruit. Imagine the comforting richness of bulalo meeting the sour punch of sinigang — a delicious fusion you definitely don’t want to miss. Great value for money + great service too!

They are open by 7am, and it is very convenient since other restaurants open late in the morning. We got the small cansi, and it was delicious! The first cansi I tried and I am hooked! It was a surprising mix of bulalo and sinigang and I am in love! I will always miss Eron's Cansi, I hope I can go back to eat more!

Eron’s Cansi House: September 13, 2025 Large Cansi : 500pesos Medium Cansi: 400pesos Rice : 30pesos * Can accommodate small to large group * Ventilation okay, AC cold on the 2nd floor. * Fans on the ground floor * Accepts gcash payment * Wash area - theres liquid soap * Fast service, proactive servers ***** let’s be strangers again we loved like fire, too much, too fast, burned the walls down and called it forever. but forever cracked in our hands. you hurt me. i hurt you. we made each other bleed and then kept kissing the wounds like that would make them heal. still, even after the breaking, even after the silence and the sharp edges of goodbye, i look at you and i don’t just see pain– i see the place we started. the small smiles, the nervous laughter, the weightless way my chest felt when your name was still new. so i’m not asking for forgiveness. i’m not asking to rewind. i’m asking this: let’s be strangers again. let me meet you on a street corner like i don’t know the sound of your sobs. let me shake your hand like i haven’t held your breaking heart. let me fall in love like it’s the first time, not the aftermath. because maybe this time, we won’t ruin it. maybe this time, we’ll grow slow, hold carefully, love without leaving scars. and if not– at least we’ll know we tried to begin again, not where we ended, but where we first said hello.

So happy I asked for locals’ suggestions for cansi. A lot of locals eating while we were there seemed like regulars already. Loved the vibe, and really enjoyed the Cansi! If you are a tourist, i recommend this place!

We tried the cansi at Eron’s Cansi House, and it definitely did not disappoint! The broth was rich and flavorful, the meat was tender, and the overall taste was truly satisfying. It’s a must-try dish when visiting Bacolod — perfect for those who want to experience authentic Negrense flavors. If you’re looking for something hearty and uniquely local, Eron’s Cansi is worth every bite!

Known for their Kansi which is like a fusion of bulalo and sinigang. The broth was so flavorful and the meat shanks was tender.
